Dr. Kathy Bader is an experienced and creative administrative leader and consultant, who has familiarity with all aspects of the academy. Kathy’s leadership in academic and technology initiatives provides her with a uniquely robust perspective. She prioritizes the student and faculty experience as core to the mission of higher education, utilizing her strengths in collaboration and consensus building. With a deep understanding of universities and colleges, Kathy has experience in policy development and innovation to drive transformation. She has extensive experience in project management, change management, business process assessment and reengineering, systems optimization, and cloud planning. Kathy also has a particular passion for supporting the mission of community colleges across the country, which she has been doing for the last decade.

Lew Conner is a higher education industry executive and consultant who has experience as an administrator on college and university campuses, in the private sector, and as a non-profit leader in the industry. Lew has worked with faculty, students, staff, and campus administrators to leverage technology for the benefit of students and administrators in various areas such as information services, administration, recruitment, undergraduate and graduate admissions, enrollment, student financial aid, and academic services.
